If my members subscription ends, will I keep the same trade margin associated with my higher quest points?

I had to do that quest again (old main got banned for 'macroing') and I saw the word Priw meant Tree when reading through the book, and I remembered that The Grand Tree was Ta Quir Priw on that screen, so I looked up the rest aswell.
