Here is further proof that Jagex puts some effort into research. As many of you may know, Monkfish are indeed real fish There exists an Atlantic monkfish, Lophius americanus, there is also a European version, L. piscatorius, that can be found in northern European waters. Piscatorius sound familiar to you? Yup :thumbsup: it is indeed our beloved Piscatoris Fishing Colony, the only place in all of runescape that one can fish monkfish.
