  1. They should get their act together because YOU got your account stolen? No, they should have a proper way to deal with things like these. They should have more efficient ways of contact then a loop of non-helpful website links.
  2. Nope, there is definitely no way I can appeal, the idiot who had control of my account appealed, and failed, on each and every violation he received. And I don't really see why I should have to start over. Jagex should get their act together. I'm a paying customer and if they're gonna try and do this to me then I'm going to make sure to get to them.
  3. Now I've recently received an account back that was stolen from me. Just got it back today actually, so as you could imagine I was very happy indeed. Well, for a while at least, until I realized whoever had stolen my account landed me 26 black marks and a permanent muting. Now I understand that you can appeal these, but I wasn't given an option to when I was reviewing what this vile person had done to my account. I have no idea how to contact Jagex, nor could I come on the RS forums with said account, so here I am, asking for help because I honestly don't know what to do. I find it infuriating that I was to go through this and that Jagex doesn't have proper support for situations like this, so if someone could point me in the right direction that would be fantastic.
