I just got it through a treasure trail, never heard of it before. 1. Does it do anything special? 2. How much is it worth? Thanks in advance :)

The only thing I don't agree with is the suggested training spots. There are better places than the ones you suggest.

I agree, if you were just hacked, then you need all of the XP and free materials you can get. If it takes longer, so be it.
