When you turn ur pc on press DEL or F12 (i forget which one it is) and it should take you to your BIOS. look through there and make sure that if u connect to your modem through a usb that your usb ports r turned on and same with ethernet port

Have you bought a new Graphics card? like the ones you slot in, because that same thing happened to my pc and when i took my grahpics card out my pc worked fine so i took it back and got a new one and my pc worked fine.

Go to this website by clicking here. go to the video cards tab and click scan my computer. it will tell u the best graphics card ur pc/laptop can use. i used it and it worked perfect and got the right graphics card in my computer now.

To update ur processor it will cost u like 300-400 dollars, u can buy a whole pc with a 3ghtz processor for that
