    We probably do have space there, but if you have a Reddragon account, go there. :P

     

    EDIT: The ':D' clan (number 1 on Reddragon server and level 2) has just declared war on us. We need people to be active NOW so we can get enough donations and soldiers to defend out cities and mount an offensive. I have just tried to ally with all of the other Zhou clans.

     

    We've got like 5 days of protection left. And I'm expecting a reset.

     

    And I'm less that 10 spaces away from one of them. :P

    Sweet. No reset this time, so I do finally have a bunch of resources. So I can rebuild my dead army. I knew it was a good idea to focus mainly on the outskirts area.

     

    Also, it appears the higher your rep is, or the longer you played, the more areas in the outskirts you have. Which is nice, because you can get more resources.

     

    I think your palace controls the amount of outskirt spaces available to you.

    (Just wanted to repost this on a new page so people can see)

     

    GUYS, Don't make a new account. Jagex said there would be 'periodic resets,' so making a new account would mean you will go through the same exact thing you just did twice: work your [wagon] off for 2 days, then have it all deleted in an instant. My advise is DON'T MAKE AN ACCOUNT NOW, wait until the game is out of the beta stage and it is stable.

     

    SupaDavis- You have a point but I still don't see how that outweighs the fact that you lose everything. :( Your right though, you do gain experience.

    You get Jcredits for playing in the beta phase. B)

     

    Plus it's a good opportunity to plan everything out. I'm also testing how the paradises work.

    Well site has been updated with the following:

     

    Dear Players,

     

    Your support and feedback from the War of Legends Beta these past few days has been very valuable and much appreciated. We are working with the game's developer to help them improve the game based upon your feedback. Unfortunately, some game issues that have been encountered mean that we are currently unable to guarantee the stability of the game worlds and, as such, we need to change the Beta programme.

     

    We have opened four additional game worlds which are restricted to 5,000 players per server.

     

    We will have to reset these servers periodically during the remainder of the beta. Therefore, we have disabled the ability for players to purchase further JCredits. Players who have previously purchased JCredits will be refunded and all participants in the Beta programme will be given complimentary JCredits.

     

    We are actively working with the game's developer to try and help them improve the stability of their game and we are confident that by working together with both the developer and the playing community we will be able to resolve the outstanding issues and open the game to everyone as soon as possible.

     

    Thank you for your ongoing support and assistance and we look forward to seeing you in War of Legends.

     

    What a major bummer considering how long it takes to upgrade and do tasks in this game. No point in moving servers, im staying on Reddragon.

     

    I don't think you move servers. I think you create another account on another server.

    I invaded an area a few hours ago and i just got the report for it :unsure:

     

    Yeah, I still haven't gotten a report for an invasion.

     

    And also I got renamed as Outerrygon. So, um, WTF? I log in as Crimsoncow42, so that's kinda wierd.

    Someone try adding me and help me figure this out.

    We've reached the limit of 30 members already, lol. We're still upgrading our alliance base so we can hold more, so we'll accept you in the morning.

    Has anyone noticed that is is an absolute rip off of Travian? Its basically the exact same game with different graphics.

     

    But I'm not going to complain that much until I try it out. It looks like a well made game.

     

    I played Travian. It sucks in comparison to this. Travian is full of people who form giant groups and destroy any new players who want to have fun. Travian also takes forever to build things, and in WoL, you can speed it up with items. Travian was slower paced, had bad game mechanics which led to people "farming" other weaker players. If you got stuck in a bad location, you really have to start a new account to actually play the game.

     

    But, man oh man, Travian was so much simpler than this. I think the difficulty will ramp up to near those levels once everyone gets serious. I liked the little cartoon armies in Travian though. :thumbsup:

     

    Used my Jagex account for this. Add Crimsoncow42 and drop an HYT as a message.
