  1. So I need to damage her once to use the dart? Or do I need to get her to a certain point? Could I get more info on this?
  2. Hi! I still have my 4 fate cards that you can make insta-kill darts with and I was planning on using them for Nex. I have no experience whatsoever with GWD; I've never even entered GWD. I was wondering what I needed to do first. I have questions like: what preparations do I need to make? what do I have to do to actually get to Nex? what armor do I need to wear? what combat skills do I need? what happens when I get there? will the mini-bosses that guard her attack me what do I do when I eventually reach Nex? how do I not die? etc. Basically any advice would be greatly appreciated.
  3. I just nostalgia'd all over my keyboard. I then proceeded to read over the entire thread. A tear was shed :,) By the way, this is still a good idea.
  4. Jagex releases Free Trade and the bot client owners clean house while getting rid of all the bots. It's a conspiracy!
  5. It's still a thousand times faster than creating new content from scratch, moreso in a modular programming language like java. True, I won't deny that. It's just not AS straight forward as some believed it to be. Working with objects in Java is not the same as "copypasta this copypasta that" or "change this variable from RESTRICTED to FREE". I honestly think that some of you believe Jagex can copy and paste the safe PvP minigames to where ever they want to. This update will affect almost all of the game, and, like someone mentioned earlier, I hope they spent more than 2 weeks coding AND testing on update of this magnitude.
  6. I just wanna ask if ANYONE here knows ANYTHING about coding and game development? I facepalmed multiple times reading this thread. :|
  7. Skill capes came before the '07 updates so I don't see this changing. That's my point Ah, didn't see your edit to your OP. Haha, sorry.
  8. Ah, I remember the days when cooking was profitable. Then skill capes came along lol. Actually, I'm thinking some skills will become cheaper due to bot-induced influx of raw materials. Cooking is profitable. Was thinking of Lobster Prices at the time. I have no idea how you people train cooking now adays lol.

  11. I thought only items worth over 3k didn't appear? Nah, once the total worth of the items dropped passes 3k, they stop appearing.
  12. Plus you can just buy 92 herblore with cash, amiright?
  13. My reaction: Meh, whatever, I'm wearing a crab on my head.
  14. Can someone explain to me how the skiller thing in dungeoneering works?
  15. Interesting... then i guess ill buy the 2h once i get the freakin tokens... I was basically going off what the other people have said about the chaotic weapons.. but haven't heard much from the f2p crowd Rapier isn't worth the tokens. It's got a small advantage over the rune scim, but hits rangers less cuz it's stab. 2H is better xp and better in PvP than rune scim.
  16. So basically what we had with the initial Dungeoneering update was an exp rate cap that would prevent F2P players from getting better exp rates than P2P. Fair enough I guess; P2P are supposed to get better exp rates (mostly at higher skill levels due to better training methods mind you). Now that P2P has this higher exp rate, F2P still has a cap and members doors? This makes no sense whatsoever. I expect removal of the cap with the final Dungeoneering update, which will bring new floors and further increase P2P exp rates. Oh, did you hear about the first player to 120 Dung? Wonder how much longer it'll take for the first F2P player to reach that goal.
  17. Isn't iron ore better xp/hour AND better gp/hour than addy?
  18. Eh, I prefer skilling over combat. There isn't a lot of variety in F2P combat and it's a poor way to make money. I still enjoy some pick up clan war games from time to time though, lol.
  19. Having high skill levels is not a requirement to enjoying P2P, but higher levels do open up the possibilities quite a bit.
  20. I know I shouldn't. But I will anyway. Oh, didn't see you there. There's a place for people just like you: here
