I don't think reporting's for n00bs.. If someone truly did something bad like spam you with swears or tried to scam you/did scam you then you should report them. But it's not good to be report happy and go try to ban someone when they said "idiot" or were just joking around with someone else.

So that's what Hyt means.. World 99 was already my home world so I got that down right \
