  1.

All in the space of 5 minutes? Impressive.

Yeah, I'd love to know exactly what you did to screw yourself out millionaire status and 10 girlfriends in 5 minutes blink.gif

Adding up over time, seriously looking back on things I have freaking 40/40 hindsight and I think 5 minutes would give me just enough to let it kick in.

If I could live my life 5 minutes in the future then go back, well I would be a millionaire with 10 girlfriends right now...

    What's up mate?

Just life and some serious things I realise now, that I wish I had realised at the time....

You're young, quit worrying about things. Honestly, you and I both have so much in front of us right now that we don't know about. Whatever happened, use it to your advantage and learn/gain experience from it.

Also, everything happens for a reason. Sounds cheesy, but think about it.

  2. I dislike it when food manufacturers take the liberty to add stuff to food that not everyone wants. Let's take for example tomato paste. Most manufacturers add sugar and salt to it. If I wanted sugar or salt in it, I'd add some myself. Or take cereal, almost all cereal has sugar added to it. A cereal could be perfectly healthy except for that one ingredient that they just assume we want, which ends up ruining the product. If I wanted sugar in it, I'd add it myself. It can be challenging sometimes to find products that don't have all that crap added to them.

The sad thing is, those products sell. That means for every person like me who likes their ingredients as genuine as possible, there's a dozen of people that are just mindlessly eating whatever.

If they didn't add sugar and salt to it it would taste like shit. And if it tastes like shit no one would buy there products.

  3. Bonez, ask yourself this. What am I actually doing this for? Do you want a better body? Are you doing it for a girl? Do you just want better health? Think about why you are doing it and what you want to achieve.

Persistence is key here, it's what gets you out of bed in the mornings to go for a run/gym when you just want to stay in it.

  4. Just browsing on newegg (gave me something to do)

    http://www.newegg.co...N82E16834215261

    -Win7 64bit included

    -i7 processor (2.2GHz)

    -NVIDIA GeForce GT630M (2gb)

    -15.6" screen

    -4gb ram (1 stick) (mobo's max is 8)

    -usb3.0, hdmi port, etc

I don't know if that's GREAT but at $650 (£403) it comes a good bit under budget with decent specs.

EDIT: Herpderp. As Beau pointed out Newegg doesn't ship internationally. Tigerdirect does, according to their site, but they don't list international shipping charges outright, and the same model is also $50 USD more expensive...

    Still, if you're interested: http://www.tigerdire...p?EdpNo=1798035

You have to call them to arrange international shipping orders though.

I recommend this laptop. My sister has the exact same one and its great. It saddens me when all she uses it for is movies and Facebook though...

  5. Got told to write a 500 word report of the year for the premier sport I am captain of at school. I end up writing 4835 words.

    What. The. [bleep].

  6. $100 a month is a rip-off. Any other gyms?

I'm not a Personal Trainer or anything, so I won't be as knowledgeable as one. First, I think you should try and improve your diet. Whole foods, proteins, vegetables, some but not too much carbs, is good. The rule of thumb is pretty much, more good stuff, less bad stuff. I understand the situation with food, but if you can, it would help you a lot.

I'd start with the 100 Push Up's Program right now, as well as running. If you aren't fit, then there is also a program that gets you running from nothing, to 5k in a few weeks. Both only need to be done 3 times a week respectively, and are free.

  7. First of all, muscle takes a long time to build. There is NO WAY IN HELL that you will turn into a 'beefcake' over night :) So don't worry about that.

Second, you say you want to get fit and slim. Do you mean slim as in weight wise, or do you want to build a little muscle and be a bit toned? If you just want to lose weight, then change your diet, and start doing cardio, like running.

Tell us what you want, and we'll help you achieve it :)
