we were 4 seconds of the patchwerk achievement because 2 of our melee dps and a DK tank died in the first minute of the fight because our druid tank who was absorbing the hatefuls got struck twice and the DK tank and melee dps were slacking, so we could have beat the achievement easy if they hadnt have died. They got a beasting from the raid leaders, put it that way...

Wiping on Grobb 10 is just plain stupid. But Patch on 25 isn't just tank and spank, it's a huge heal check. Lots of PuGs end it there. Well I mean it wasn't like people were undergeared or anything. They just really sucked. And it's pretty tank and spank. There are no real mechanics to the fight other than an enrage timer and that hurtful strike. Good news is my Death Knight roomate should ding 80 sometime this week and then I can just get up in arenas and gear that way. I do realize patch is a gear check though. Still doesn't change the fact that it's very tank and spank though. Patchwerk is by far the toughest boss in there, ok we use a feral druid with 55k+ hp so they can absorb both hatefuls and not die so its trivial but if you dont have the luxury of a high stamina tank then its an unforgiving fight. Oh and lol at pugs, why go construct first? Even if you down patch you still have grobulus which is an idiot check, gluth whic requires at least some co-ordination and thaddius will relly test youre group 25 man because if one dude dies then youre a few million damage down and youre relying on everyone else to pick up there slack, also the fact that if someone DC's they can blow up the raid means that its a tempremental fight. However if all your dps is over 3k (which it should be , pushing 4k on average) then no sweat but people have to pug these for a reason and thats because no guild will take them :-#

FYI really really bored with wow atm, only thing of interest is my troll DK (female because female troll DK's are so hot...) which im casually leveling up. Im also getting kinda unerved by my guild, kind of a rocky period because one of out top hunters was kicked over some application to another guild (which is why i hope i see insane in with at least a trial pretty soon).

Did malygos 25 and then to test thelag we went to naxx 25, ended up clearing the entire place :P Got the mace The impossible Dream which isnt the best resto druid mace you can get butits the best mace for balance and resto with the crit.Looks amazing aswell. Got the chains of adoration necklace, some new trousers and some boomkin gear so a good night for gearing. Btw insane the guild is officialy recruiting hunters on the website so youre application should get looked at pretty soon.

Battle net will most likely have advertising revunues, which im totally fine about because my mind just ignores most adverts. EDIT: why would activision want to push out a free patch quickly?? I read this on Wow insider, which tbh i just think is a sicafant to blizzard thinking that there so amazing and in this case i think there trying to find a scapegoat for how blizzard complteley F'ed up.

Not to double post but the guild merge is really rocking! Despite crippling lag, we cleared out naxx, thankfully the lag started to whane wright as we enetered the construct quarter.Got my T7.5 headpiece and also got the set bonus to go along with it so a good night indeed.

I got epic flying in 3 days and i did so by: Playing the AH with auctioneer Farming and selling herbs in all my free time waiting for say a BG so going out to get some terocone. Everydaily i could fine and do, ended up doing around 22 dailys and that brings in a lot of gold.

OOH GL with that, even thought i tried as much as i could to get you a trial in baneful im glad to see you raiding 25 man content again.

Jus bought the wisdom enchant on my cloak, 1k gold only to realise taht next patch there slashing the mats on that enchant by half BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

You know you need a feral tank with 45k+ HP being healed by a holy paladin with a holy pala on the drake tank exchanging beacon of light? Right? :P Also, you need to have insane DPS to get down the first drake, Tenebron. Try with 1 drake making sure Tenebron goes down just after the first set of eggs hatch (It is possible without Heroism/Bloodlust but I recommend you use it to begin with) and if your DPS can't pull it off then you won't be able to do more than the one drake. Once you've got this down practice the next step. Your guild needs practice with Shadron AND Vesperon up, not using Heroism/Bloodlust until the boss, so you can control it. Your feral tank will be taking 75,000 damage flamebreaths which need to be mitigated with Barkskin and Survival Instincts, with a priest (You should have a priest healer in your raid) putting up a shield on him. When you can get past these 2 seperately, you can then start going on with 3 drakes, but it's a huge step. Our guild is on 10-Man with 2 drakes now, since we don't have enough people for 25-Mans, however most are fully Naxx10 geared so we shouldn't have a problem once we've recruited enough for 25-Mans. This was up unilil the 3rd drake where we got some bad luck with dps exiting the phased part and ending up a few yards from flame wall -.- EDIT, and we are doing WTF nuke tactic, the second drake is pretty low by the time the third engages.

How did you get past the first packs of trash with just 3k dps? I went with a T7.5 prot warrior and we wiped twice on the trash because dps was 200 dps below te total amount needed (we didnt know there was a dps race aspect to it:>)

Working on sartharion with 3 drakes. The fight is kinda tricky with the 3 debuffs and if a tank or healer dies its pretty much game over until we can all stay alive till the 3rd drake...That magical attempt will come soon enough.

They you have a failface group setup. I'm a mage and I'm pulling 4k DPS on Patchwerk with 1 item from Naxx25 and 1 from Sarth25. hahahahahahahahaha, nice one, i dont dps so no skin of my nose... And just downed malygos 25 man, one shot as the new guild, he enarged and everyone but i died \o/

Well we go by a general rule of thumb with our dpsers, if they are below the tank on dps then its no acceptable.Our tank is not particularily wlel geraed compared to others in 25 man guilds but he can do 2.4k dps normal, and 3.2k exploiting that cooldown pug using lower ranks. So 2.4k plus is the benchmark and that isnt partiularily high, Rogue(nearly full valoros) and hunter (not as well geraed because he was being outrolled all the time by other hunters) in the guild do at least 3.5k on youre average stationary boss enounter.

haha so true And teh last i said i was going for the For The Horde Achievement, yeah got to velen where some level 60 ret pally was so eager to start that he engaged him, nearly died so i popped my Naures Swiftness+ Healing Touc macro to boost him back to full...an ended up tanking velen will 55% where our tank and the others finally arrived.I and 4 others were the only level 80's and we pretty much carried them all through it.

In the middle of the for the Horde achievement. its much easier than last time in which i did it at 70 and pretty much wiped the whole fight on Tyrande.

How many minutes left on enrage did you have when you jumped on the drakes, we managed to shave it down with our setup to just over 4 minutes going all out with me as a healer dpsing phase 1.

Thinking about it it must be doing saph 25 and copeing with that much raid damge, that much decursing and the movement needed makes saph 10 a joke. Got my chest piece but im still at 3/5 on set, just need either the head/leggings and a few item pieces and im ready for ulduar.

TBH im done with written guides, i find that tankspots guides are fantastic, very informative and the voiceover guy is very good.

Same reason why im glad they nerfed lifebloom for just druids in general nevermind resto, kinda monotnous keeping youre three hots going with no real burst casting required.
