Most of the infrequently seen items can be obtained via a quest (such as Legends). We can't put items that scammers "claim" are rare in our Rare Items guide, even if it's to tell players that they're NOT rare. Some people would read through the information too quickly and think the items are, in fact, rare. It's safer just to leave those items OUT of the rare items guide.
