Armor does, I do not think level does, however. I might be wrong, but I haven't noticed any difference in max hit. so theoretically a 70 atk range mage could hit 25 with melee? with 1 str

cheers, does your armour effect it and mage raneg str bonus? and do levels effect it str range mage etc
