Hmm, im thinking of trying the 100 pushup thing, however currently ( by the way, its 1:00 am when i tested it) i can only manage 8-ish pushups (under 14 years old).
A few things i'd like to know:
Do pushups tone your whole arm?
Do "alternate" (knee pushups) give just, or almost as much mussle extertise? I can manage 15ish of these, and obviously if it would speed up time and save enegry it would be nice.
How well do they tone your abs?
The program advises 3 extersise days per week, if i do four, will it help me at all, or actuly slow me down?

im doing that training program too (just finished week 4 woooo \
). knee pushups wont exercise your muscle as much as normal pushups, because you would be doing less effort. i think that if you do four exercise days a week you wont get the same results basically because every exercise day is different than the previous one and the author hasnt wrote a schedule for a fourth day :roll: .

i downloaded the final copy of the album and i must say... it was horrible. they havent got any better, its as bad as load and reload imo.

'r' is pronounced as a soft 'd' in spanish. if you are not pronouncing them as a soft 'd' its a mispronunciation. its not supposed to be a hard 'r' sound like in english.
The 'r' is rolled, not pronounced as a 'd.' If you are not pronouncing them with a roll of the tongue it's a mispronunciation.
'rr' is rolled. 'rr' is not the same letter as 'r'. if you're going to try to rebuke what im saying, then at least be grammatically correct.
'r' is pronounced as a soft 'd'. just as 'v' is pronounced as a 'b' and 'd' is pronounced 'th', there are many nuances to the language newcomers butcher. i speak regularly with spanish speakers that have been speaking the language for more than half their lives, and they have corrected me on this issue many times.
i wont argue past this point, as i know i am correct and it makes no difference to me whether or not you mispronounce words. any argument past this one is simply devoid from the topic, so i will not respond.

i question existance. sometimes i think whats beyond death and whats beyond the thing beyond death and whats beyond the thing beyond the thing beyond death and so on. i do that to a point that i think what would happen if i didnt existed. i mean, not imagining a world without me but a... me without me :shock: its kinda hard to explain :?
EDIT: oh, about the mirror thing. when i was a child i used to think there was another world at the other side of the mirror but i couldnt pass through it because my other self who was trying to do the same wouldnt let me :|
