  1. Havn't posted in a while but hoping to try again soon now I'm 100 cb if I can get my hands on a fury. And maybe a better ranged level :P
  2. The method you choose is up to you, lower levels use the ranger method and as do many higher levels for it's ease. I would recomend going range but your stats I would say look fine for either.
  3. Ive found a nice way of dealing with the jad spawn, just turn the game SFX on and keep range prayer on with mouse hovered over mage. If you hear ANY sound turn mage on and run to wherever the attack came from. The rane attack is silent untill it hits you but mage sounds like retribution prayer (the one that hurts everybody around when you die). Is easiest to judge the start by the sounds rahter than feet, as you rarely see his feet. i just can't get past the healers, im not a very good multitasker I already covered that in the guide >_> Ahh your still her. I know you covered it but not in so much detail and how to use it, you just mentioned it. alot of the guide needs updating now, with diagonal movement alot of the lures and ways take more effort to work. Muggi got his account banned so as for updating it won't be happening.
  4. Zillis in the caves your main concern for later stages is your Prayer and Range levels if they are not high enough (Range 70) (Prayer Bonus +12 minimum) Then more than likely you will fail.
  5. Muggi I do belive they fixed that.
  6. Is this still true? No all monsters now move diagonally.
  7. Yeah range pots work really nice :)
  8. I went through it with Mith, addy or gem tipped maybe should be used on the Jad but I just filled the extra space with another potion. Which I found more helpful.
  9. I did it with 70 and got to Jad then messed up on prayers I think you should be able to complete it with 73.
  10. As for the holy book thing I did fine with 75 defence with my first try just depends how much you like getting hit  1. That's more of a thing for different people and how they fight, some may use legs to tell, others sounds, I use both and it works well until my antivirus decides to scan...So not really a tip there. 2. I acctually mentioned this last page ^_^ glad to see I was right 3. Muggi shows this in his video I do belive. 4. GRATZ
  11. Well there is no need to kill healers just get their attention. Then you may switch back to Rapid for Jad.
  12. When attacking healers make sure run is off and switch to longrange (If possible)
  13. Wow I think I worked out I need 19 Supers lol :P I used some of my brews by accident when I got hit a couple times #-o But still good lol. Just gotta get my Ranger Boots back from my friend for another attempt.
  14. Other than what you shot you don't lose anything, the Fight Caves is a safe mini-game.
  15. Yeah on my first and still only attempt I said to myself even if I die it doesn't matter, so long as I reach the Jad I will have accomplished something and I did
  16. Nothing can respawn unless it's healed quick enough by the large or small healers. The caves is not based on luck it's pure skill just look at this great guide Muggi put together showing 3 most popular ways of winning the fire cape using your skills. Only thing that's luck is the Jads spawn.
  17. Nice to see you post again Muggi, did you make a new account in the end or quit altogether?
  18. Extract from the Runescape Knowledge Base on the TzHaar Fight Caves: When TzTok-Jad is at half health Whatever your approach, at half health, Yt-HurKots will approach TzTok-Jad and begin to heal him. As hard as it may seem, you must stop fighting the boss and make killing these your highest priority, or else they will restore him to full health and keep returning. To get around these healers, there are generally two approaches. You can either kill these healers, or leave them alive. Either way involves hitting them all once. When you have done this, they will all focus on attacking you, so they will follow you. Here you make your decision. Now they have stopped healing TzTok-Jad, you can either take them aside and kill them off one by one, or continue fighting TzTok-Jad and (hopefully) survive their melee attacks on you. ___________ And there is my proof from Jagex themselves Zybez hasn't been doing their research :P
  19. Yes there is a 2/5 chance of the Jad spawning and getting stuck there, it's mainly luck now with diagonal movement.
  20. You either got that wrong or arn't explaining it right. Healers pop out everytime Jad is at half Hp only 4 will be out at a time get them attacking you and you have no problem...Just turn on steel skin ;) But either way gratz on the cape.
  21. Why the hell did you kill 3 healers? They only come back again and you got hit 50 for it aswel as wasting bolts.
  22. If your planning on using the Dragonfire just a heads up but I'm 99.9% sure it doesn't work on any fight cave monsters that matter. If it's for the def stats I see no point with 99 def when I did fine with 75 my first attempt.
  23. Oh, rune c bow and mith bolts is better though XD and cheaper.
