You will take the odd hits from the 22s and smaller 45s just run back gradually ALONG the wall and then forward when they reach you DON'T GO PAST THE SKELETON THOUGH repeat until dead. As for the C bows, should use a X Bow works alot better but since it will leave you with one space you could have a C bow in that slot for the Jad or higher monsters or longranging..

To all of your posts, no use the Unholy book you need the Prayer bonus, your stats are better than mine and I got to Jad on my first try. I hope it's not too late but the D fire doesn't work on Jad. #-o Oh yeah and there is an ASCII art map of the best safe spot on page 38 of this thread.

Ouch Muggi...Although just your fault really and as you said you knew the risks ect. Hopefully another player perhaps one of your many friends on that list would do some vids and help ect.

Hunting depends on you, how quickly you catch and set traps, how fast you get the Chins, how long you can stay at it. Just time yourself for an hour seeing how many you can catch, x that by how many hours you play for and boom you will get X amount each day, if you do the same as you did the previous.

There are no known safe spots that protect you from every attacker. However the best so far it to stand just by the feet of a coarpse in the SW corner (Any 180 can be lured here also if they spawn in the SW corner) You might want to cheak the ascii picture on page 33 of this thread. I found it very helpful.

Archers are about 1.2-4M I'm sure Ranger boots were more than that though.

Well I took just Mithril bolts no enchantments or anything and took 3k was left with 2.2k using Ava's. Mithril should last you and hit good enough on Jad but alot say Emerald(e) for the poison effect.

I took hits from them due to their spawning points when some came behind me :shock: #-o

The noise thing isn't quite true. I was attacking a 90 whilst watching out for the 360, I heard the sound and prayer switched quickly...It worked quite simply.

Yeah they do melee (found that out the hard way) But if not then perhaps a glitch but doubtful since people have got to Jad this week.

Luring them is easy, luring them whilst 360s attack you and are close, harder.

I still like the 2/5 odds of Jad spawning and getting trapped behind Italy so I suppose it's personal reference as to where you wait. Although he seems to spawn just as fast as other waves which is worrying.
