They spotted kebs are faster exp because you can catch them quickly, razor backs are slower and not worth it in the long run.
Having caught them both yes spotteds are faster but not by much. good guide, one more lvl of info and it would be perfect (by this i mean you say 'catch this till this lvl and in this place' but nothing more).
As a large supermarket chain says "Every Little Helps" :D

Personally I would use:
9x Sara Brews
18x Super Restores
1x Range Potion
Or
8x Sara Brews
16x Super Restores
*3-4x Range Potions
*If only 3 then I would stick a extra Super OR (Me being the person I am) a prayer Pot lol (Keep ya critasysms to yourself on that)
Remember: For every 1 Sara Brew you need 2 Super Restores ;)

Whats the Italy rock?
Italy rock is a rock shaped like the boot of Italy and so named...I belive it's on the left side as you enter the caves (correct me if wrong but im going from memory here)

Nice, I like the new vids though would it be possible to show us say the first set of fights using a Xbow? Or is it basically the same principle just different weapon?

Same principle; crystal bow just reaches further

Trick 4:
When a chinchompa is going for a trap, you donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t have to wait with clicking on that trap until the trap is replaced by a disabled trap or a filled trap. If you click at the right time, you will see the yellow X meaning ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬Åwalk hereÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃ

Im About to try soon...havnt done recruitment yet so im using a karlis coif for range bonus...5k bolt racks and a karlis xbow...still have a missing slot though since im not using a crystal bow, dont know what i should replace it with....Also 73 range...>.<, 72 deff, wearing veracs skirt, white boots, karlis coif, and one of the new god capes, guthix , costed a woping 1m but raises prayer by a magority, iv went 2 other runs and failed misrabley, havnt got to jad yet, and the only thing i can make out of the guide is the waves...but im sure that will be useful somewhere down the line...
Although you should have gone with a prayer helm I myself will be using an X-Bow and will have in my invent:
4 Range pots
16 Supers Restores
8 Sarabrews
Can replace 3 range pots for a Sarabrew and another 2 Supers I think the extra sara will be helpfull so I think I will be doing that now :P

Lol nah I'm seriously going to try getting that and wow chinchompas 35m :o I really am going to do that.
35m for me = lotta cash, my fight cave equipment, all barrows sets OR 99 fletching and a profit of 45m :P

Note: Some people will try to buy a whip at a higher then normal price and offer you a Seers or Warriors Ring which aren't really that much. And they will have someone buying a Warriors ring or Seers ring for a way higher price then they really are. So you accept the trade (Your whip for their ring) you go trade the other guy and they don't do the trade. So you just lost big money there, and they made big money. DO NOT DO THIS TRADE.
Almost fell for this, luckily someone was already in trade and I heard the cry of scam so I stopped all trades until I knew who was scamming :P

Mj sounds like you have had this trouble before was it a bad expirience?
Also surely even with short range your far enough away to rage safley without being meleed?

Do you have any other way of merchanting e.g armour (Like people merchant brassys) ? and would you say fletching is better or the mining way?

Does karils bow make any difference to crystal or is either fine ? (I know you can use both but what is better slightly?)
And I quickly watched the last vid with the Jad and I have to ask does the Italy rock help whatsoever ?
