All that in this little space?
  1. Still think it's the power supply. I have had them test good on the tester but they were still bad. Could be also be your mother board is getting ready to wave goodbye.
  2. I see that you have Spybot installed. Did you update and run it? May also want to download and run Adaware too, while your at it. Let them rip out everything they find. And they are going to find quite a bit. Also you don't have a virus scanner installed. Go to housecall.trendmicro.com and run a full scan. Repost back a log when your done
  3. I think the most likly cuprit is a power supply.
  4. Just got back from the MS Antispy forum. Virus definition 5709 is hitting a false positive for a key logger on (of all things) Spyware Blasters uninstall program. It appears to be fixed in the 5711 pattern. So please update your definitions before running a full scan. "It has come to my attention that the current signatures for Microsoft AntiSpyware are claiming the following file contains "NS Keylogger Personsal Monitor": File name: Inno Setup File path: C:\Program Files\[program name goes here]\unins000[Caution: ExecutableFile] Publisher: None File size: 640957 bytes File MD5: 7f1f1e05a30a027583ff3406f48a4690 As creator of unins000[Caution: ExecutableFile] -- the Inno Setup Uninstaller (http://www.innosetup.com/), which is bundled with a variety of applications (e.g. SpywareBlaster) -- I can confirm that this is a FALSE ALARM. There is NO spyware of any kind in this executable. You should NOT let AntiSpyware quarantine or remove these files, or you will have trouble uninstalling applications. Just ignore the reports. I have filed a vendor report, so hopefully this will be corrected soon. -- Jordan Russell" .
  5. Never mind I just re-read your post. Still very strange that it was not picked up on the scans. All of them are targeting it.
  6. did you kill this entry too? O2 - BHO: SS SS Plugin - {1D1B2879-99FF-11E3-8D96-D7ACAC95952A} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\bpkwb.dll Very surprised that Spybot did not find it. Just out of curiosity did you run it?
  7. I have also had that problem, and it was do to needing a bios update. Just something else to keep in mind.
  8. A real nice totally free PowerPoint equivlant (notice I said equivlant) can be found at openoffice.org It is about 70meg download. At least you won't have to shell out several hundred. And it is almost everybit as good.
