Amen! I lost my pass to a phishing site (the link was posted on these forums) and lost 450k. But now I know never to fall for that again, so I'm sorta glad it happened, 'cause if it had happened later rather than sooner, I might have lost far more.

Yet, what if someone were to actually kill/destroy Icthlarin? That would upset the whole system, and may inevitably lead to mass outrage amongst non-Saradominists. They'd see it as a good cause to attack him, as they'll believe that he is the only one who could have conspiried to do this. But they'd be wrong, yet it would be too late to realise that they'd created a God War, blaming it on the wrong god! Thus why I believe that the WOM needs either the help of Zaros or Amascut. The death of Icthlarin (quite ironic, no?) would trigger a huge surge of hatred towards Saradominists. Either that, or a huge conversion to Saradominism... :P

I took the letters in Surok Magis and Rat Burgiss' names which I knew would be at the beginning and end of the Letter. Then I changed every letter in their names in the rest of the letter to their correct values. After that I began lookin for 1 letter and 3 letter words that worked. After about half the letters were decoded it was mostly legible.

Oops, lol. :P I just joined that clan and seeing as it's on the front page I assumed... :P #-o

I'm stumped. The only conclusion I can possibly draw is that the people of Gielinor are slowly drifting away from all the three gods to worship a greater deity. A deity thought dead a long time ago, but in fact was still alive, waiting for the chance to get revenge against Zamorak. Zaros could be coming back. Anyway, another possible conclusion is that they have fused all three gods together to create the ultimate god, and they make note of it by crossing three symbols/colours of the three gods together. And a final theory is that they simply worship any god they feel like. I was trying to get at the possibility that the alliances are already beginning to form for the next God War. Guthix's representation in a Zamorak temple might mean that Guthix is already aligned with Zamorak. Zamorak must be at some kind of disadvantage, because Guthix wouldn't side with him otherwise. Probably, because of Zaros being a major threat again, Zamorak's chances are looking pretty slim which is making Guthix side with him. That temple was pretty new, too. Not half destroyed like the other one. But then wouldn't Saradomin have to side with Zaros? Because if you have: Zamarok (Medium God)+Guthix (Powerful God) vs. Zaros (Powerful God) vs. Saradomin (Medium God), you don't have a balance... I see it more like this: Zaros (Powerful God) + Zamorak (Medium God) (Hey, they're both evil, I figure they can put aside their differences to make a more evil world) vs. Armadyl (Powerful God) + Saradomin (Medium God) with Guthix helping either side as needed...

I've done that quest, but I don't rember it having anything to do with the statue...

Actually, all of the ruins of Zaros' empire are buried under most of Misthalin, hence the Security Stronghold. But there is no real alter to Zaros in Varrock.

About 4 days ago I got hacked, and lost 450k. And just now this guy pulls the switch 110k to 1104 so I lost another 100k. It makes me so mad!!! Why can't people play fair!?

How do you figure 200 years old? I think he guessed Guessing isn't very wise when you're doing investigations. But anyway, I recently thought of something: What is WOM is just like us? Your average adventurer, but has retired, this gives a reason for his loyalty to Saradomin, as well as his robbing the bank. I'm Saradominist, but I have lvl 45 thieving... If I could rob the RS Bank, I would. :XD: This still doesn't give a reason for his taking 250 points of damage in the Swan Song quest though...

Okay, I'm pretty sure we've confirmed that the claw marks don't have anything to do with any sort of grander plot, but it seems that we keep posting screens of them so I'd just like to point out that there are some in the edgeville dungeon:

If you ask me, we're inferring too much about Arrav, we haven't even gotten the final part of the story. We should focus more on the facts and what we know, instead of basing huge ideas on a few small quotes.
