  1. The only time I find that to be acceptable is when you add the S and make your own word with the S in it. Can be a great move. Going to sleep, right. GOtta be up at 8, right. Night.
  2. So, I quit reading my book because I should be getting to bed. But then I checked facebook and someone said something about twitter so I went and read like 6 different people's tweets and now I know where alll the former facebook addicts went and why they don't post anymore. I was reading through one guy's and I'd read 20 and there were 3 new ones since I started reading
  3. That's how I ended up feeling about most of my friends. I only went to a few grad parties and didn't go to any alone. I only saw a couple of the school people over the summer. Most of them went to a guy's cabin for a day, but I was 'unfortunately' off in California. Dunno if I would have gone. When I went home for homecoming weekend, I only saw a couple of them for a couple hours and ended up mostly hanging out with the people I see most anyway. I talk to a couple of people occasionally on facebook, but no major plans and no "oh I miss you so much let's hang out all of winter break I wish I was closer to you ohh I sent you a letter aww so cute lovey dovey miss you" crap. TL;DR I FELT THE SAME
  4. That's irritating. The most irritating professor I have just drags on so badly in math. I didn't really like my English professor either when that class was still going because she was condescending and too cheery, but I didn't mind going to her class as much as I do math. Other than them, my speech teacher is kind of annoying because he says the same "catch phrases" a million times, but I guess he uses them as filler at the end of sentences; he's from China and not a native English speaker. Orientation teacher is kind of weird too, but I only see her once a week. Okay, I guess I only really like my Spanish and energy professors, but energy prof doesn't even know my name. Oh well
  5. My Spanish professor goes off on tangents, but he always gets back to what he's doing and the tangents are relevant and informative usually. He's from Spain, so we get cultural stories a lot. He's started teaching us idioms to get us to sound more like native speakers and he'll pause at any time if someone has a question about a word or anything.
  6. Odd... I saw a girl from my spanish class posted in the class page or whatever and clicked her profile. Couple hours later, she friend requests me. I feel like I shouldn't look at her profile too much, like she'll know every click I make
  7. sorry, wall of text. I have that condition that I start out shy but then I can't shut up... people would say something about me being quiet and my friends would hear and burst out laughing.
  8. Most of my teachers who tell stories have either tied them into something or had balance. Some of my most entertaining teachers who told the most stories from their life were also my best teachers, content-wise. The teachers who helped me grasp the content to get college credits in high school. Now, my least favorite teacher of all time had to be this guy I had for second semester freshman world history. He didn't teach. He didn't expect much of us. Half the class was getting extra help, which was spoonfeeding, while the rest of us just sat there. I didn't touch a textbook during that class. It was really disappointing, especially since I had the most difficult teacher first semester (huge flaw in scheduling system, do not switch students to different teachers for the same subjects in the middle of the year, just stupid). I really enjoyed the class first semester (that teacher also taught my AP psych class). He's super sarcastic and entertaining, but he has high expectations and assigns a lot of work. I hated second semester history.

  10. Gotta wake up tomorrow at 7:55 instead of 8:45. Hopefully schedule works out though and it'll be worth it... otherwise, at least I'll have showered immediately before class. This week, I've had 2 classes a day each day, and I'll have one Friday (as usual). Feels slackish
  11. I need a new facebook picture, but I haven't looked decent enough to even take a webcam picture worthy of profile picture

  22. Well, general credits tend to help you graduate. Can't really work towards my major until next fall when the classes I need are offered and can't work towards my minor until I'm admitted to the school of education.
  23. Soo, my schedule still looks the same with times but I changed two of my classes because they were full. So now. Intermediate Spanish II, Chemistry Appreciation, Financial Accounting Principles, and Theatre Appreciation. lul
  24. I don't want to have to leave my room again, not drinking any more. Also, I'm off TIF till I finish my speech since I keep finding my way here and to facebook while looking at my research and whatnot. I'll just call it a night for TIF, post moar in 12 hours or whatever. GOODNIGHT
