Stupid rain and cold

Less people go do things for Halloween when it's on weeknights. Little kids have bedtimes, and when it's on a Monday, stupid annoying alcoholic college kids here decide they must party for halloween on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights. Oh, and for some people, Tuesday night.

Halloween should be observed on the last Friday of October every year. It'd be so much better.
