Oh, permit written test if you're under 18 you have to do 30 in-class hours. Forgot that part. And 16 is one non-family passenger, 17 3, 18 full. No using phone until 18, no texting any age though.

MN it's written portion for permit, then if you're under 18 you have to do 6 hours with an instructor and 30 with any other licensed adult. Earliest you can get it is at age 16 after having your permit for at least six months. Since I'm 18 now, I won't have to do the instructor hours whenever I drive, I'll just have to go in and take the test.
