What's the fastest essence mine to bank path besides the magic guild?

Whats the best way to do this quest? I started it once, got diseased, teleported out (I probably should have gotten the items while I was there), and thankfully someone gave me a balm. Also, what does the disease actually do? The number only went down to like 3 and kept repeating before I got healed, what would it have done if it got to 0?

I have a slayer assignment (infernal mages) that I just can't do because they hit too hard, I already worked for 7 ranged lvls so I could use blue d-hide and its not enough. How do I switch assignments?

Did you know that if you feed your hell cat (atleast the hell kitten) milk, that it will transform back into a regular cat, and so far i haven't gotten my kitten to turn back after atleast 5 hell rats.
