In my opnion nonmembers should get a new update ohh...maybe once every 2 months or so.My thinking like this is because when i was nonmember and i got a new update i was very happy,know this might just be me but it made me want ALL the new updates wich evntauly came to me being a member.Whic might be why jagex still does give the occasionale nonmem update
