  1. i'm glad i'm not alone. i have been getting this 403 message occasionally in recent days and it annoys me because without runescape i'm BORED TO DEATH. and i always go directly to the main website http://www.runescape.com and the message appears anyway. my network is shared between my computer and a laptop which my bro and dad uses. they don't play runescape. however when i used the laptop to access runescape the message did not appear. i'm am confused. did i get banned for killing too many mossies? lol.
