Yes... Thats a good idea. Really think so? I though i was a stupid idea at frist... but a lot of things would have to be wored ut with the other plyers not ranked in the top 10k,20k or 50k in overall high scores

If they quit, they get to choose to donate it or keep it, so they wouldn't have to worry about that, unless they said they would donate it. As for the idea, I like it. I have often thought about it, myself. True i guees that wors as well... its a good idea but i dont think many people will go for it. sorry no suppot -No support-

Mabey if account names in the top 10k or 20k or 50k overall could not be used again. For the sake of the players that quit and put months of time on their accounts. Just a though.... that might help this suggestion

I just dot see this being a good idea for 2 reasons 1.Getting a skill to lvl 30 is not really all that great, And making a cape for a person with lvl 30 attack or wc is not all that good. 2. Think of all the skillers who put time and money to get 99 in fletching or wc... then they see someone with a lvl cape saying... i got lvl 35 wc or fletching. They dont deserve a cape showing then have 35 wc they need to work like everyone eles to get a skill cape. (no offence to anyone) however this is IMO -No support-

F2P-25 P2P-65 Its really hard to get a good average with all the Bots, but if you took them away i would say this would be the average F2P-33 P2P-77...IMO
