It's all well and good everyone saying Pest Control, but I get there not knowing what the **** to do, and everyone just calls me a noob. I don't see how ranged and magic comes in handy, since I appear to be the only mage or ranger there. All I get is a level 100 monster ranging me from the top of this tower for 10's and I end up dieing and gaining no reward. Can someone PLEASE tell me how to do Pest Control, since the guide on the website sux for magic training.

I'm level 43 Magic and was wondering what is the best armour to wear for Magic Attack Bonus. I can afford anything up to a mil, and was a bit confused since there are different colour mystic sets. It seems Splitbark has a low Magic Attack bonus, and Mystic seems to be the best for me, but I was wondering if the colour (white, black etc) effected the Magic Attack bonus!!

Okay So I'm a low level merchanter, and the point in this post is everyone can contribute hints, but I'm hoping this topic will help merchanters! Well, first off, you don't have to be a member to merchant! I am a member, but I've yet to use a members world/items to merchant. Atm I'm merchanting Coal and I've a few hints for anyone hoping to get their 50k into a 1m. (2 days ago, I had 30k, now 600k lol) Okay. Go to World 4, East Falador Bank!! Hint Number ONE: Under your chat screen is a Chat Toggle button. If you toggle his to Hide Mode (three clicks), then all you can see is trade requests, and this is VERY handy when the chat is flicking past your eyes. :-k Then, whenever you receive a request, simply click open the chat request in your chat area, and you can easily start the trade screen. Hint Number TWO: Okay, so your in World 4. The best way to grab someone̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s attention is to use eye catching chat mods. Mine for example is "cyan:shake:!!!!!!!!!!buying coal 170ea (name)!!!!!!!!!!!! The shake effect moves the !!!!'s like crazy, like a magnet effect, and I seem to get way more requests using that method. Remember to includr your name!! So you've caught their eye! Good!! alright, so your going to want to buy as much coal as your budget will allow for 170ea. This is a very good price, you will only make 10gp profit per coal, but there's so many n00b merchanters who are buying for 150 and selling 200, that you will in over the market. So you've bought as many as possible. Now, load up a NEW runescape window, and get to the world select screen. A good way to refresh this page, is to select the second arrow when ordering by number of players online. This will leave World ONE 1, down the bottom. Keep clicking this arrow until you get to World ONE. Can take 2 minutes, but you'll get there eventually. Now, login to World 1, (could take a few attempts). Now, using the same chatting methods, sell your coal for 180ea. Hopefully, a level 875 will come along and buy for 180-200 each. If not, just keep shouting: cyan:shake:!!!!!!!!!!selling coal 180ea (name)!!!!!!!!!!. After selling all your coal, you should have made some profit. Although it's little, it's more money than you had before. And this time round, you can buy more coal, therefore can make more profit. So, head back over to World 4, which will be simple because you DIDN'T close the window!! :P And leave World 1 open too to return. So, that's how I made 300k a day! And hopefully, I can start merchanting nature runes or the like! With more profit! Ah well, hope you enjoyed the lil guide! So remember the 2 hits I've given. And add your hints too!!!

Okay so a lot of my skills are low lvl. I'm gonna state what lvl I wanna get my skills just as a temporary. Please look at my sig, and tell me exactly how to level them. Smithing - 50 Agility - 40 Herblore - 40 Thieving - 40 Cooking - 60 Crafting - 45 Firemaking - 40 Magic - 51 Fletching - 55 Runecraft - 40 It would be even better if you could state 2 different ways. One being the cheapest way, and the other the expensive but fast exp way.

if you are attempting to get 100k, you clearly arent selling 200 pies at 20k each, or you would make 4m a week. do the math :D -
Business Well, I've been off of RS for a while, and am joining back, and now I can make good and bad points about the game, and am aware of things which needed to be added for people to pay for it (in my opinion of course) One thing I think the game is missing is a sense of community. Forever on the forums I see business threads going ahead, and it would be nice to see this come ingame. Partying and guilds are a massive part of WoW, L2, and many other online games, and so I think they should be just as big in Runescape. That is why I feel a lovely skill to implementing would be Business! It would be a skill purely based on community, and would act like a guild but also involving merchanting. In my eyes, there would be a guild style panel, with a list of all members of your business, and many other features, such as: A storage section where all your items would be, for orders etc. This would look like a bank, but only for materials needed in orders. Also a small chatroom area, where the business leader can make bulletins to the other businessmen about time off etc. A schedule/calendar type menu, with all current orders on, and also a history of reciepts, with all past orders. Then you could account certain materials to certain orders, and check off how many more ore etc is needed. Different levels of the skill would allow different things. Perhaps a higher level would allow more orders to take place, higher ranked orders to take place (Willow Logs at level 25, and Maple at 40), and a larger storage capacity within the storage section. Also more members of the business at a higher lvl Business level could be another factor. I make this suggestion, simply because I would love to see a more social side to Runescape, I always used to love having long guild chats with guildmembers, and hopefully with an idea like this, we could discuss orders together WHILE mining that 10k Coal Ore, and rushing off to the furnace to hopefully finish the 1.4k Gold Bars off. I would really like to hear feedback off everyone, and improvements.
