    Im going to have to be honest. With 99 str, if you arn't 75+ hp you are no good. 5 = GET RANGE... You need each and every hp you can get. Rangers with 99 range need 75+ if not your no good. KEEP HP high. I have: 50 atk 60 str 1 def 71 range 1 prayer 62 mage 63 Hp LEVEL 51
