Hegemony has had a long run and deserves some rest. Archi made several very good points. This last few weeks it has only been tired more because of Archi, it needs a more relaxed, more casual moderator, let's try to get Hex to do it, that'd be fun.

Who's in on firing Archi as hegemony's mod since he apparently only intends to kill it?

There should be put a cap on how much the roll equals, a double twenty should mean little power usage, though not less than 5% of logic usage. Say I research a laser, I get a double ten: The laser is able to cut through 0,5 meter steel in three seconds using 25gw Ross researches a laser, he gets double twenty, his is able to cut through 2,5 meter steel in three seconds using 50mw.

Dice roll? If so I agree. This has become too much of a fight if knowledge, normally I would think that was a good idea, but with one thirteen year old and a living supercomputer it is just unfair. Also basically nothing is possible because technology can primarely only arise from new discoveries, which can't happen due to Archi's refusal to using the dice. To quote the "father" of all modern science:

Or he could just give you 250 more each, it's not like hin having it will never help, now he can tank while you are safe.

That is exactly why I choose to keep people from having a reason to attack me and rather try to better relationships.
