  1. I stopped because you told you didn't want to talk about it... and because I was tired.
  2. Then why don't you get them to help you?
  3. It was probably just harspray and a lighter, but if you've got burns they should.
  4. I'm sorry I can't do anything but try to give you advices, if I could I'd kick their [wagon] into orbit, but sadly I can't do that through a computer and possibly halfway around the Earth. But have you tried the police yet?
  5. Just found you as an easy target then, eh? Then I sugguest training your upper body a little, that should scare them of
  6. No, the bullies.
  7. Do you know why they're after you?
  8. Books have such a short range, well done knocking someone out withonce however. Qs for your game; it's a bit rough around the edges and seems hastily made.
  9. For a wepon I suppose you should get either a small pipe and some pins or just practice fighting with sticks.
  10. Ok, maybe not a crowbar, but a codpiece would still be useful (and hopefully your mom won't check for it), I wore one to school one day (juat for the lulz of it) and my friends found it funny to kick my crotch just to test it. You can buy a codpiece anywhere they sell martial arts equipment I think.
  11. In that case; buy a codpiece and bring a crowbar.
  12. Had you lived near me I'd happily beat those bullies up for you (not that I normaly do that kind of stuff). I have three tips for you however; face, solar plexus, groin.
  13. I believe it was either Greece, Rome or Persia that mase it first, China made fireworks first though.
  14. It was just an example. But you should keep in mind that they mixed all good; honey, etc, and all not so good; sulphir, etc, and thought of the cracking in the pot as a good sign.
  15. I know, but that was how things were discovered back in the days, black powder was made in an attempt to gain eternal life.
  16. How about making it so that the creator of the tech must know how it works and all the tools to make it. For example I should be able to mix charcoal, sulphur and saltpeter, and should be to do so at any era as long as I have the resources.
  17. What about a hegemony-ish game based on these books: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Song_of_ice_and_fire They're pretty detailed if anyone here has read them, they come with a map, like most fantasy books and nothing is kept hidden from the reader.
  18. Thanks for mentioning exosuits Icu! The scandinavian exosuits will have semiauto .50AE(Desert Eagle's largest bullet) launchers mounted inside the arms and will be coated with 7.5mm carbonfiber. So you don't have to bother with wikipedia, .50 AEs are 12mm(!) hollow-tiped(!) handgun bullets.
  19. It may not be power efficiant, although a saltpower plant using mel[bleep]er and seawater could power it, and I have lots of money to spend on it at the moment, it may not be a cheap step against stopping global warming, but at least it's a step.
  20. No wikipedia site, but here's a page on it from NRK; http://www.nrk.no/nyheter/norge/1.6763567
  21. I'm not too fond of huge, I like effective... How about a steam powered spaceship? <- Joking
  22. The room exists allready on Svalbard, we've allready stored some CO2 there IRL, also I'm not supposed to empty the air completely of greenhouse gasses, only help plants reverse it. And when the room is full the CO2 could be made into chunks of dry ice and shot into space (or used for refrigerating food suplies brought to Mars).
  23. That much effect would take decades, it's only taking away what it can suck while staying at one place.
  24. Yet it is doable and it is better than the alternative, don't you agree?
  25. All greenhouse gasses are lighter than oxygen, so first I suck in some air and split out the oxygen and argon as they are heaviest, then as it is sucked further in the lightest part; nitrogen, is removed, then the gasses are chilled to remove water and release it into a lake, river or sea, then the rest is pumped into the vault on Svalbard where the methane would sink and then be collected to be used in a generator to power the pumps and such.
