My magic level was 53 on that day!! I did elemental workshop quite long ago!! And it is Home Tele, should be required no mage level!! I think, judging by what you say about the message you got, you used the home tele within 30 mins of trying it again. It says something like, "You can't use this for another x minutes." Well, I am sure I didn't use it in the last 30mins... I didn't type the bank pin incorrectly!! I was doing the Creature of Fenkenstrain on that day, maybe the swamp effect??

I was in Fally bank, and I want to save a law, so I want to cast Home Tele!! But, in the chat box, it show: "You can't cast that in the moment." or something similar to this!! Then I cast Lumby Tele, and I reach Lumby, I tried to use the Home Tele again, doesn't work, then I used the canoe and Travel to edgeville!! Then I logged out by accident, when I log back in, I can cast the Home Tele, can someoen tell me why?? I am sure I didn't use the Home Tele in the last 30 minutes!!
