Yep, I'd go with a phat set. I'm lvl 114 so thats a pretty good combat lvl in my eyes and with a phat set I could get... well 99 firemaking, 99 prayer, and 99 herblore. Hehehe
Believe it or not, when I got 3 d spears and a d med I wasn't wearing a ring of wealth. I haven't worn that useless piece of junk for a year, I still stick to my ring of life, you never know when you might need to be saved : . But I'd say a ring that may save your stuff is better than a ring that hasn't done anything to help me. The ring of life at least saved me once...
If you mine from lvl 50 to 99 you would make so much money if you mine coal or gold. But is such a hard skill to raise imo. I have 99 fletching and it was hard for me to get but it's a great beginning 99 if you don't have any or don't know how hard it is to get a 99 stat. Fletching makes some money as well. I don't know much bout thieving, but I guess you can make some money from it...
I think that idea is good on some terms, but I don't think Jagex should do it. Maybe it would help the people that play to much but I don't think they should do it because after all, it's their choice. Now if McDonalds would stop serving fat people, that would solve some problems... but Jagex doesn't work like that.
