Rune plate and legs. Even if you hate barrows you really have no other/better options... well within your price range.

Verac skirt, proselyte top, slayer helm, dragon boots, rune defender, warrior ring or something.. then spend the money on potions( prayer potions and super sets ) and any other things you might need... as a weapon, whip and dragon scimitar should be fine...
Ofcourse if you dont want to try that, you can do the rune top and bottom, dharock top and bottom... really any barrows should be fine for you every day slaying... you could get guthans, but be sure to switch to a bunyip as soon as 68 summoning.

I dont know the specifics, I just know that you should be able to easily take on the monsters using melee, including the dragon.

It's a veeeeeeeeeedeooooooooooo game, who cares about respect, not like it helps you train your skills or anything, or get you farther in the game and get a better job and a nicer house and a prominent career so on and so fourth..

Hahahaha yes! Well not so much anymore, I've learned to take runescape alot less seriously, and most of the time, I can laugh about people who annoy me, so yeah, I try really hard to leave it to video gamess, and make sure it doesn't carry on when I'm not playingg..

It's called repetition, you have already told us that you consistently make 300-600k a day, which over time can add up to a lot of money, along with your fishing, just keep fishing till you have a bunch or till you get bored, then switch to woodcutting, your stats will then gradually increase over time, which will then help you get more money faster, but at this stage you need to put in some work.

Well, i'm trying to get back on my feet, and the two ways that i think are the best for me are either aviansies or 26king.
Aviansies-
1. What is the best method for me, probably tanking (87defence) but I do not have an armdayl item, and I do not plan on doing the quest to receive one, and with a 4mil budget (literally nothing else) I do not not what to do. Praying maybe?
2. An affordable set up most likely for prayer would be appreciated

What were you mining?
If it was iron/something quickly mined then it is most likely a case of his internet connection/clicking speed of the rocks being faster - iron as you probably know will usually only take one click to mine, so if you're too slow to click it you won't have chance to get the ore cause it won't be there.
Unless of course you were mining something mithril or higher, then it is either bad luck or bad game design.
He said granite, and this is truly a rant. I'm sorry you were getting 80%, but isn't it your fault for crashing the guy? Two wrongs don't exactly make a right.
im crashing him for crashing someone else. if you kill a murderer, does it make you a murderer? maybe so, but you have a legitimate reason.
and yea, it mightve been the connection. it was a british server, and im on US east

fight caves with void?
if so could some would give me a good set-up to what my invy would look like and bolts,pots,food, weapon ...
your probably going to want a bit more defence and prayer bonus, so no void in that situation.

You can get 99 mining in 3-4 months playing casually, probably sooner.

Get 85 attack and defence, to help, but your really only capable for Bandos or Zamorak, maybe Dks. Getting 85 or even 90 range would open up the possibility of you going/helping you try on Zil and Arma.

You wouldn't do good at kings. The bare minimums are 70s in combat along with range and possibly magic.

What luck do you need to kill green dragons lol... train your melees on giants or something, at your level you wont be making alot of money through combat.

Theoretically, getting 99 in attack and strength, will lessen the time it takes to get 99 defence.

Nope, I just play this game at work, so I've had a lot of time lately (computer work's slacking off :? ). I'm smart and mathematically-inclined, so it follows I would know a lot about it.
It's not a personal attack, I'm just tired of him trolling mah threads.
I'm afraid proving you wrong with the KB doesn't quite cut it as trolling. Personal attacks, however, do.

Do you happen to know the exp per hour, is it anything close to chinning?
Anywhere from 40-70k I've heard...not too close to chinning really..
