i mean if i used all my rings and buy 1 new, but the other guy used it 4 loads,, do i have 140 uses?

so if i got 33 rigs of forging i ever use 1 till it dissapears?... if i got no rings in bank and buy a ring, that is nearly fully used what happes the do i have the... example 10 uses left or do i have 150?

how to fund out how many uses it has left? do i get a other ring if i bank it and the nearly used upc ringe to get is random? can i get easyly scammed if i trade somebody with a ring with not many use left?
