So I've been doing slayer for a while and it made a fair bit of cash, but nothing really spectacular, so I'm looking into what would be a good monster for me to hunt to make cash (Because I hate skilling). My current levels are: Attack: 79. (Close to 80) Strength: 82. Defense: 75. Hitpoints: 79. (Close to 80) Prayer: 54. I've been trying different things but nothing has grabbed me except barrows, but it doesn't seem that profitable. I seem to use 2-3 pray pots easy each trip. So would it be worth carrying on at this? And is there a way to improve this? (I currently mage all except Ahrim with Slayer Dart and pray on all of them except Guthan). But I'm also a little bored on Barrows, it's a big trip for me. (I haven't done the "Get me there quick" quests yet.) In conclusion; what monster could I kill for a decent amount of cash? And if possible what strategy do I employ including armor?

Well I've gone up loads of levels in the last 2 days. But I know it is going to get harder now.

You have several options: Yew logs - Very good F2P merchanting. Cooked/Raw Lobs - Hard to merchant... Can lead to decent profit though. Coal - Okay. Rune - Awesome. This is my prefered merchanting of choice. but don't merchant whole sets. Buy say 10 rune plates at 45k ea. Then sell them all 60k ea. Much easier to buy/sell individually. Hope I helped.

This is my blog for 99 cooking so that I can get that hot cape and hood up there. Edit: I died today all together I lost: Chef hat - Replaced. White Apron - Replaced. Chef's Gauntlets - Not replaced, doing without for now. Ring of wealth - Not replaced, can't afford and not needed at the minute. Desert boots - Replaced So no real loss it was just annoying having to replace them all. -.- And it shows what lag does to you. Current progress Started with: So how did I get started? Well, I started on my quest for 99 cooking because of all the people walking around with cool, level 99 capes on. And I really wanted one, I have tried before with fletching but it was just a sort of "Hey that looks cool, let's get that." So I tried, got bored, failed. But this time it is different, I've sold my whip, sold my d b axe, sold some other stuff that I forgot about. And bought as much lobs I could. I'm determined this time to do it. Why the cooking cape? Because it's easiest to get in my opinion, and costs the smallest amount. The Plan To get 99 cooking I am going to: Cook lobsters level 67-80. Cook swordies level 80-94 - Errr, cancel that. Going to go lobs all the way to 94. Cook sharks 94-99 And that cool skill cape. 8D How you can help Donating would be very helpful, however I do not expect to get any donations.
