I don't think it's for the farming/herblore exp.
He sounds like he's rich enough and he doesn't want to waste time to "profit" when he can better spend it on maxing his stats.
Who knows, maybe he has stockpiled tons and tons of rares to sell?
More or less. Unless I decide to go for 200m in a buyable, money won't be a problem.
Sounds like mining juju's will be the only one worth it, and even then if only if I don't figure out how to use mousekeys to drop

Stats in sig, I'm not planning on training anything that's already 99. Also don't need any money so don't take that into account (I'm never planning on farming herbs
Right now, I'm debating between jadinkos and butterflies since agil will be a painful 99 when I decide to get it.

Best stab weapon? It's better than korasi,if it's fast it wil pwn for those who don't have 80 dung
It's a tossup whether you want the 7 stab or the 4 strength between the brackish/korasi, but I'd lean towards strength.
For most everything, 4 str is better, and never forget that the korasi sword has a great spec. It also doesn't matter alot as both weapons require as much questing as a rapier would, thus rendering both useless for training purposes.
Is there data somewhere that says +str is better than +atk (eg. data of berserker ring vs warriors ring or something similiar)?

maxed, but with 88 summoning. 99 pray, 99 herb, planning on having a rapier/maul by the time I attempt this
How many kills/hr should I expect and out of that, how many effigies/hr and charms/hr (ideally in crims, with blue = 2 crims).
Is there any better way to get effigies and charms? I could slay, but I'm already 99 slayer so I'm not sure I want to do that.

88-99 smithing should be less than 50m on addy plates

99.99999% sure there isn't, because the amount of items sold is pretty confidential. I heard a jagex staff got fired for saying how much active blue phats there is. But I could be wrong.

rs has a list of the top 100, but does anyone know of a site where I can find the top 200 or even 300 valued items?

Eh, once you can buy 500m+ of an item, your predictions become 100% accurate.

It's not really any different in rs, it's just that the ge has flawed mechanisms.
A stock goes up by 50% due to speculation:
end result: buyable at 1.5x the start price at the end of the day
An item on the ge goes up by 50% due to speculation:
end result: unbuyable for 10 days

I certainly won't be one of them. The only way to truly make sure money is acting before others.
Exactly, that's why you buy something *then* spam acidy chat to get the swarm of people to buy it too.

I heard on the RSC official forum (yes, it still exists if you're able access it) that people PK on sundays.
What's the criteria for accessing it. I can still get on rs1, but when hd came out, the rs1 forums vanished.

No, I shouldn't be able to buy charms and get 99 summoning in less than 10 hours. (less than 5 if you use blues)

Does it activate if a 0 is hit, or only if a non 0 number is hit?
For example:
I cast vengence
Friend hits a 0 on me
Taste Vengence! (0 damage returned)
Friend hits a 40 on me
or would it be
I cast vengence
Friend hits a 0 on me
(vengence does not activate)
Friend hits a 40 on me
Taste Vengence! (30 damage returned)
EDIT: another question: Does vengence stack with recoils (75% + 10% = 85% returned) or not.

Imo, the hardest capes, in order of difficulty are:
1. Runecrafting
2. Slayer
3. Agility
4. Mining
5. Summoning?
After that comes cons/herb/smithing/farming.

For my last trip, I used no pray at all and it seemed to not make a huge difference.

The ge is good and bad.
Good because it makes merchanting easier.
Bad because it makes merchanting easier.
Having a source of infinite wealth with no work makes the game too easy and take away alot of the fun.
