Thats a bit long... I suggest that you can pick up your kills drop and not be attacked until 10 seconds later. If you want to move away from the drop, you will automatically be able to be attacked. Before you move though, you will move one step, and freeze there for 1 second. This allows people to pick up their drops. And prevents a person trying to avoid fighting in the wildy for 1 min.
