That's definitely rare, but more common than you'd think. I've seen a few videos of it. Basically the physics on the grenade wonk out and bounce around the player, hitting them multiple times.

Duhhh! How did you find out about them? Pretty sure it was you. I just favorited some song of theirs on Youtube a long time ago and just happened to see it again a couple days ago. I finally found an album of theirs to DL, I couldn't find anything at all before. There's like barely any trace of them existing on the internet, wtf.
