Ok people i am a lvl 81 p2p account. Now call me biast, but we can't have a new f2p mage armour. Here's why: If f2p were given a new mage rmor, it would have to have 40 mage requirements to use it b cos green d hide and rune need 40. However, if it needed 40 then it would have to be as strong as mystic or splitbark, which would ruin the system of mage pures on p2p, as both mystic and splitbark need defence, so pures have to get up def or else do DT for good mage armour. If it were introduced without def needed, pures on p2p would all get it, and it would ruin the triangle, with mage pures being able to own all. And if it were introduced with def, ur basically just making mystic again, which spoils the system. And as for introducing mystic into f2p, mystic is a p2p rmor, thats never gonna happen! I do sympathise though, i remember how jealous i used to be b4 my mum let me become p2p and also the triangle doesnt work when people get 50+, with melees owning mages easily. They need to find a solution, maybe introduce snare into f2p? Just some noob's opinion :)
