Seems a little expensive to me. I think you could get a similar quality laptop (minus the video card) for probably around $300 cheaper and just buy a video card... Unless you really like that processor.

yeah, it's old ram from a few years ago. it's 1gb per slot and there are 2 slots. Ah, well.

max ram is 2048MB (or 1gb per slot (has 2 slots)). Looks like I won't need to buy anything new (at least for RAM's sake).

Hey there, I recently acquired an old Dell Dimension 3000 Desktop with nothing really wrong with it, except for the fact that it is outdated. I'm kind of a noob at dealing with computers but I was able to put in 2 1gb RAM sticks instead of the default 2 256mb sticks. Is there any sites (similar http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/referrer/srtest) that can scan your computer and tell you what available slots you have and what type of slots they are (pci or AGP, etc); It would be great if a website could scan through your computer and suggest possible upgrades. Oh, and it seems this computer has an integrated graphics card, is there any way I can get around that? And what is the max amount of RAM this computer can upgrade to? Sorry for all the questions, I'm just a technub with a Fry's newspaper page and an old computer.

I want to get 68 fishing. Currently I have 55 fishing. Making a little bit of money along the way would be nice but not necessary. Should I fish lobsters at this level? Or would it be too slow? If not lobsters, should I stick to fly fishing at Shiloh village?
