so im curently 40 atk 1 def and 74 str. should i keep the 40 atk and go straight to 82 ish str... cuz i mean i range too it's lv 74, so those are accurate hits. wutcha guys think?

hey my internet is completely fine, everything is running normal. but as soon as im on runescape. im lagging constantly and im lossing connection every 2 seconds it seems. what's the problem here? it's only happening to runescape.
