Well, I give g.e. firm thumbs down.

RS is a nice distraction if you manage your time well. I'm older than 20 (no kids) and play after work to unwind and disconnect from the workday behind me. I have other friends my age who play, too. It's a stress reliever. So not only kids play rs. Whole families do, too.
