  1. All member skills(except for 1) have major problems. Heres a look at some of the problems:

Summoning: CHARMS ARENT TRADEABLE! Nothing else needs to be said here.

    Thats a good thing,

Hunter: Before implings, it ws virtually impossible to make steady money off this.

    Chinchompas?

Construction: This was an epic fail. There is no way to make money, and houses are pretty useless unless you have millions of friends.

It was designed as a money sink

    Herblore: Too expensive.

    Meh

Runecrafting: I KNOW THIS ISNT A MEMBER SKILL, but it practically is and it is FREAKING IMPOSSIBLE to level in. Why bother when every monster drops runes?!?!?!?!?!?!? This is THE STUPIDEST skill.

Impossible? i'm making tonnes just running to the abyss, teleing to my POH and glorying to Edgeville, easy as hell to level

Farming: Too long, but actually great money. But, before the GE this was also IMPOSSIBLE to level in.

Even before GE it was easy to level in. Theive from master farmers, plant seeds, water, wait, done.

Fletching: This is the one with no major problems.

Apart from the fact Xbows > normal bows yeah no major problem

    Agility: SSSSSSSLLLLLOOOOOOWWWWWW.

worth it in the end, shortcuts and seemingly infinate energy (for me atleast)

    Slayer: Again, soooooooooooooo slow.

D-Chain, Abby whip? Strykewyrms. You learn to love it after 50 Slayer

    Thieving: Once again, soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo slow.

    Plunder?

And soon, there will be another new members skill. And if it follows the pattern, it will fail just like the rest of them.

All your "complaint" is, is that the skills are "too slow", make little money or "impossible" for you (not us, training it is easy) to level.

  2. I think it's stupid! Jagex need to learn to say NO! to these whiners.

The new "compromise" is a waste IMO. they should've made it require something like making people only allowed to cast Fire Wave (75) or Fire Surge (95) to cause any damage and thse with Fire Cape can use anything they like (well the drop IS for Mages!).

Again another good update falls victim to the whiners of the RSOF :(

  3. Truthfully I don't like the idea of bringing the King Black Dragon or the Dragon Med to F2P.

I would rather them create a brand new boss for F2P then bring a former P2P boss to F2P.

F2P should have a brand new boss that requires a team to take down with new loot (not just Melee but Ranged and Magic aswell).

So No for KBD in F2P but yes for a brand new Boss for F2P

  4. I would say just give F2P magic Snare (50Magic) because thats all they really need to stand a chance against a Meleer.

Splitbark (or Mystic) and Snare would do perfectly I don't think Magic in F2P need much more to balance it perfectly in PVP.

All they need is some better armour so they have SOME defence (even if it's a little),and a decent bind to help keep Melee at bay (Melee own when up close so a Mage must be able to keep them away if they are to win against Melee.

But even without armour just giving them Snare will increase the Mages chances of winning a fight.

  5. I've read on a RSOF thread once about "Melee being overpowered" and a Jagex Mod said they were looking at trying to balance the combat triangle soon.

(No source sadly as it was a RSOF thread and all RSOF threads get deleted  )

If it ever happens next year could have:

Loads of Grandmaster Quests (well, 2 or 3)

    More High Levelled Updates

    New Skill

Combat Triangle Re-balanced (again yet to see if they do re-balance it this year but they did say they have been looking at it because Melee were getting rediculously powerful even though they still gave melee more weapons  )

Stellar Dawn (If fixed fast enough and made "Awesome")

War of Legends being published in Spring

    Seasonal Events

Particle Effects for things like the Magic spells

I would say some of them alone would make next year pretty big =D>

Can't wait for next year now

  6. I just say "Gotta go, cya" then turn all my chats to Friends and switch worlds.

It may be impolite but it does the job

(sometimes it's better to be impolite and get it done then to be polite and end up with a 30 sentance of excuses why you can't add them)

  7. This is a bit like the Lady at Yanille's Pet Shop.

When she came out it was a bit random then Summoning Arrived and she stayed permanantly.

So could Kuradal have something to do with a big upcoming update? Because I can't imagine her being here suddenly and only taking part in a tiny update.

She might've heard about what has taken place during the WGS quest and wants to help  With Armour like that I wouldn't turn her down

  8. Jagex are gonna change it back in the next update they make (according to a thread onf RSOF) so thats your font whine sorted

How difficult is the new Quest? *asks whilst waiting for Dbones to buy and the guide to appear).

Can't wait to get the remaining quests done then try it for new prayers

(oh, it's easy... Meh! still looking forward to it!)

  9. The potions will be useful in any situation where you want to give yourself that extra edge in combat.

    CABBAGE I SAY

He is almost good at conveniently leaving out things in answers.

But I guess it's his job to skew his answers in favor of the company.

Still, game's pretty old anyway. Moving on to greener pastures. :P

It's probably going to end badly though.

Could the third word (which I underlined for convenience) be a hint for the future? he say "The potions WILL" not "The potions ARE"

Can't wait for the new high level content! Finally us noobs will have something more to look forward to (and us higher levels will have something to enjoy)

  10. Skillers in the wild were almost always soft targets, killed and hunted by the same likes that normally Pked 2 steps from the edge, and only attacked weak toons they KNEW they would beat. That really should not be something Jagex either of approves of, or rewards.

Thats their problem though. like everything else they knew the risk and took it.

And It wasn't just skillers who were the "soft targets"

Skillers < Abyss PKers < REAL PKers.

The thing I loved about old wildy was the Risk vs Reward system. If you wanted a chance of getting a good reward (in the skiller's case faster RC experience) You had to go into a place with a large chance of being attacked.

Now it's just a complete JOKE! you just go in, do your business and leave. Revs are just something to look at and thanks to places like SC and CLW most of the wild is a giant TSB bank!

Wild should be PKer territory in ALL worlds.

  11. They do it cos they can't PK properly.

They want it easier to get your loot so your a "Safer" if you eat (note they are first to eat when low health?)

They call you No Honour if you attack them without asking. In wildy you should BE PKing, not talking!

The answer is simple. Ignore them and PK the way YOU want. My PKing rules are always the same.

    Find someone you fancy killing

    Kill them

    Loot drops

    Leave

  12. Your fine as you are, I'm level 118 and I'm doing fine with just under 30M.

I think your overreacting a bit since you have 85M which could easilly fund some of the stuff you lost.

If I had 85M It wouldn't matter if I died as most of the stuff I use is like 10M max

Stand up and continue fighting on!

  13. Kids are kids, just ignore them.

if it gets too much for you then you can always think of using the new Display Name system ;)

Your name is not offensive. Just some little teenager who goes into heaps of laughter over the word "poo" trying to make your name sound worse then it actually is.
