Aha, I read it but didnt see the world part. Wonder how I missed it. The only problem is, im fishing Leaping Fish / Monkfish, and you're fishing sharks. I will be going to sharks.. Eventually to get the Final levels and cooking levels though, but it will be in a while. i like your plan, monkfish are good exp and kinda good cash but still.... sharks arent that slow and with your fishing lvl you would fish them quite faster then myself :

mining is a good skill to 99 but in my opnion, the mining skill cape looks cooler when trimed : good luck on mining and yea u got a long way to go.... but if u work hard and fast you can do it O:) check out my blogeh? :-s
