Got it too. I just did exactly what it said, go to runescape website and check my offenses, rather than clicking on the link.

Jagex doesn't e-mail you things like that. The only thing they use e-mail for is the occasional RuneScape newsletter. Might want to make sure you didn't click on any links in that e-mail. I didn't click on anything, but the link was legit. The URL was that of the secure jagex website, I compared it to the real one by getting on the runescape website.
