Ok, I agree that slayer is terrible when it goes to gaining experience, but in the act of getting money, if someone can kill abyssal demons or dark beasts, as soon as they get the slayer levels they can train there for good drops. I agree that slayer isn't pointless but if you want to level your combat stats, do something else. For the person that said agility wasn't interesting ->(Agility is interesting after your 99, and your run respawns 3x as fast)

Ok, I've had 99 agility for a long time "Since RSC" and there is 1 thing that I can't stand about runescape so I put it into a picture, I would post it somewhere else. maybe the rants, but it's a picture so I'm posting it here. It is not made to be eyecandy it just displays an important concept. [hide=] Now If I can climb steap mountains, squeeze into holes, and graple across chasms, why does this stop me?[/hide]

I guess it would save a lot of money to use the blast furnace at level 60-69, but it wont make much money based on the current GE prices. Also, I really dont want to turn runescape into a job, I like to play runescape for the fun, and it's really good storylines. I don't play the game to make pixel coins, its just I want to do the quest but I can't because of the requirements. The last thing I want to do is spend several of my own weekends watching my character do the same thing over and over and over and over and over again.

Ok, I have all the quests done except for 4 of them, and I need 57 herblore 69 smithing 66 crafting 63 theft Theft is going to be the easiest to get up, but I have calculated the other three and I realised that this is going to cost several million coins to gain only a few small levels. It may not be a huge issue for most people but I don't have that much money and There is no way that I can see smithing and herblaw being profitable. (Cannonballs would take an extremely long amount of time) Also for crafting I think I can buy molten glass then create orbs to enhance it with fire, (I'm 99 agility so I can use the members dungeon shortcut to poison spiders) then sell those or make them into battlestaffs. Well anyway, I have said my problem and now I'm looking for some solutions and that would be extremely helpful.

If you want to go really cheap, the dark green default clothes match the fletching cape really well. You got a lot of style with that.

Im currently going for 99 mage and runecraft. Although I suggest you get agility, its an awsome cape, and it make the the infinit run pool in "as a first resort" quest last for 30 minutes. It only took me 2 months 4 hours a day to get 99 agility, and had cost me nothing after 75. 4 hours a day 62 days 55k exp an hour (ape atoll) around 12m exp And since it only takes 4 hours a day, you can do other things if you have extra time so you arent just leveling agility.

I got my 99 fishing at shilo village, and I tried fishing everything. Personally for exp per hour shilovillage wins hands down. For GP & exp per hour, Monks are the way to go. I did monks to level 92 then I thought I had enough money so I did shilo.

Ok thanks for the help, I already have most of that equipment. I'll start getting the rest of it. Thanks I'll try aviansies out.

I have a budget of around 1-2m (I could get a few more mill easilly with a few days of runecrafting), but Im not useing range, although my range level is 76 EDIT: I can range avs fine, but I want to level my magic.
-
I have tried aviansies, and they actually go through me really quickly, even with my 86 def. What armour do you suggest? and what spell?
-
Don't rangers have a high mage def, what spell do you suggest? EDIT: and mage robes will get cut by those range weapons and b2p wont keep up.

Hey this is Trabon, and I usually read posts rather than ask questions, but I really need some help on this one. I really don't want to sit in a room makeing myself glow for 3-5 hours a day. I want to level up useing combat magic and not some conventional trick, so I made up my mind, I decided I would use combat magic to level my mage. I currently got to 81 magic doing this. But then lately I havent been hitting as well as I used to I seem to splash with monsters that I used to kill fairly quickly with magic, It might have been the slayer update, and I havent changed spells. I really don't want to go into alching because then I will start loseing money and my state of mind. Recently I have tried abberant specters that suffered from the crumble spell really well, but since the slayer update I splash almost all the time as if their mage def got a boost. Although It may just be I'm on an unlucky streak or I'm just crazy, I just need to ask my question. What are some monsters that have low magic defence, but have drops that will recover your spendings for runes?
