How is it common sense? Common sense would dictates that just because something is covered in gold doesn't make it usable to more people. Why don't you try reading a thread before you post in it? Or at least the first post?

No, It is rune. Just covered in gold. I just want to know if I can equip it without doing Dragon Slayer, before I ruin my combat level By getting my Def up, then further ruining it by getting all that strength XP. Edit: I am talking about the Gilded from the Treasure Trails, not Castle Wars. It's not rune It only has same stats as rune and has a different name. Proof: Gilded Plate/ Rune Plate Read the note for both of them. Did you read the note? Edit: I got beatin to it And it says nothing about Dragon Slayer on the Gilded page. I know this question has been asked, but I felt that the answers were iffy. Do you need to have completed Dragon Slayer to equip Gilded Armour. And before anyone tells me the yes or no, I would like some proof rather than reasoning. Has anybody out there actually equipped a Gilded Platebody without completing Dragon Slayer?
