Tindytim
I know this question has been asked, but I felt that the answers were iffy. Do you need to have completed Dragon Slayer to equip Gilded Armour. And before anyone tells me the yes or no, I would like some proof rather than reasoning. Has anybody out there actually equipped a Gilded Platebody without completing Dragon Slayer?

I just want to know if I can equip it without doing Dragon Slayer, before I ruin my combat level By getting my Def up, then further ruining it by getting all that strength XP. Tindytim
Dear Roon Angel, Thank you for contacting RuneScape Customer Support about a Gilded Platebody. I do not believe you must have completed the "Dragon Slayer" quest, however as it is made of Rune, you must have a Defence level of 40 to wear it. I hope this helps :) Please always refer to the RuneScape Knowledge Base to find the answer to your queries quicker.
