yea, i pretty much make up my own rules, as does everyone else. straight up no interaction with players unless i have to for a quest pretty much =[ lots of people believe diy'ers should ls/ffa, i prefer soloing as for shops/npcs, theyre pretty much a must, unless youre going to limit yourself to no summoning, construction , etc :( and without the arrav/heroes/legends quests, youre limiting yourself to tossing clues/less questss which isnt why i started playing this game either :P i think of ba as interacting with others so ill never use penance horn, or stealing creations items, but ill probobly play castlewars one day, or the minigames like PP that are required to play for a quest

so i've been checking out the MTK options lately and I'm in search of some opinions, trying to decide on what to use it for. Picking flax isnt a problem using Litya, and I'd be better off using teak/mahogany trees for wc xp + special logs, dont need useless fish like swordies/tuna, other than max maples, not sure what else to give to, is the farm option worth it? im probobly gonna end up just giving to coal to make mass addy plates for some fast cash, but i dunno =[

thanks:) its not really that i have anything against rc i guess, i just have other things that i'd rather get done. and yea 2300+ total isnt too far away but for now i just want to get skills up to be able to open all effigies so i can slay 95 prayer without wasting any xp my main goal atm is solo corp, until then i dont have time for little things like 2mil+ rc xp :P of course all my xp lamps go to it though but i really want soulsplit/turmoil atm ^^ also ive always had a reason for leveling my skillls, in order to accomplish something else, and when it comes to runes, i dont really need them which also makes rcing that much harder ;p (other than mass air runes) but for the next 50k gold ore im gonna be using superheat :) so hopefully ill have a reason to craft ~10k nats ;p

meili or it can be fun :] only tedious thing really, is gathering quest items :P but im sure its like that for everyone not just diy'ers

thanks and thanks blake, i would've addded the img tags myself, but still havent succesfully used the /hide tags yet :P decided to start doin agil, gonna try and get 85 for adv gnome course and do that for double xp weekend. not gonna stop agil til I get 93 to easily boost for gorged effigies. if i take a break from agil i may never go back so :'( thieving is too easy/fast to waste on double xp weekend ;p

not many people are above 40k xp an hour, so props to you for being so efficient the second you log on :) either way i dont play to be efficient ,was just trying to prove a point, that diy'er isnt as bad as most make it sound out to be. i know for a fact buddy on the 4th page isnt 80k xp an hour though^^ ofc the way i play isnt the most efficient, i dont even use cannon, but i enjoy what i do and you enjoy what you do :) big problem with my xp/hour this past year or two has been my full bank though-_- not the way i skill, although i do clues the second i get em ( average 2-3 per task) and dont cannon, so my slayer xp/h probobly averages out to like 15k

i lol'd a bit. you obviously think of rs as work and not a game Mo money, mo betta. alright but explain me this young grasshopper ive been diy';er since i made my account, ~5years ago i average 30k+ xp an hour (just like you) have 1bil + bank now who's better off? me, with pretty much everyhting i could ever need banked, or someone whos busting their ass off trying to get enough cash for turmoil/overloads/claws, etc??? :) of course ill never get to experience having a 30bil + cash pile or multiple rare items, but thats just for bragging rights anyways, and i could care less about rares. on top of all that , i get the ultimate goal of soloing a divine + ely sigil :) @guy wcing mage logs for p ess, just slay, you get 2k-4k p ess per strykeworm task, and mass teak logs from jungle strykes get wc rocks via teak weekly x 30 weeks, thatll be more than enough to last you your cash pile and then some, especially if you're using MTK + summon shards, you're gonna definitly go through cash more than you get it. but you should be more worried about cash, than logs, for construction Since when have I been struggling for turmoil? ive unblocked black demons for their ashes, i've yet to get them as a task though :( but will be using them for mage xp when I get them probobly. (water/earth surge) other than them, i think the only task that drops air runes is abyssals -.-; either way, the majority of my airs comes from RC Strange rocks via the air rune altar :) on week 21 of the statue so far :)
