Did you use one of those shitty online gif maker things? Use gimp. It's (legally) free and you can completely control the speed of gifs. I can't get it to work in gimp though. It won't play when I make the gif in gimp. All the frames are there, but it won't work. That's the tutorial I used. The kid's voice and commentary are really annoying, but it has everything you need to know. I still can't get it to work. I don't know why. If I sent you the pictures that I wanted to be used, would you put them together?
