    im just your average player on rs. i like to kill monsters and compete with friends. I also like being able to count on friends help after dying with full rune, or just to get a gift from a friend for you birthday. Im not one for complaining about updates and though this would help reduce scammers and rwt, it hurts the regular players even more and should be replaced by something far less harsh or abolished completly.
